- Purchase Event Ticket:
- Buy your event ticket
- Contact Hotel and Initiate Booking Process:
- Contact ANCASA Hotels & Resorts, Port Dickson front desk directly at +606-6627288 to book your accommodation
- Redeem Special Price and Make Reservation:
- Follow the instructions provided by the receptionist at ANCASA Hotels & Resorts Port Dickson
- Send an email to apd.reservation@ancasahotels.com with the following:
- Provide your unique ticket ID (Available in the Receipt received from MASCOT immediately after every ticket purchase, refer to the sample receipt below)
- Book room with special rate
- Provide required details as requested by hotel
- Room Reservation with Ticket ID:
- Your room reservation will be processed based on your ticket ID
- This ticket ID allows for one-time booking only. If the same ticket ID is used for another booking attempt, the hotel reserves the right to reject the booking
- Payment and Confirmation:
- After reservation, you will receive a proforma invoice via email from hotel’s reservationist
- Pay the invoice amount to confirm your reservation
- Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving the proforma invoice to secure your booking
